I use a laptop, so it's mostly in the center. However if I want to watch TV at the same time I have to tilt it (and myself) to the right, and it does feel odd and using the mouse becomes kind of difficult.

As for the polls, underneath the first question there's a little box that says 'insert question here' with a dropdown menu, you just choose the type of question and click insert and ta-dah. :)

I guess it's all just habbit, then. But I do love the way it's created more space in the room, and it flows much easier.

Thanks for the clarifications on the poll. I always wondered that.

I have both a desktop and a laptop (the laptop is in front of the desktop's monitor, and I just close it when I use the desktop... which is rare, anyway). Both screens are directly in front of me, but to the right side of the desk itself, since there are shelves on the left half. I think my desk is actually set up for a lefty, but I'm all used to it now.

I've seen your computer in plenty of pictures, and I do remember it being straight ahead. But my desk is tiny, and Patrick uses it for homework, so there wouldn't be any room for that if the monitor would sit straight ahead. How about at work?
