Just my personal opinion i think you also have alot of stress because you don't know how to just let things go every word, comment, gesture snear, smile and sneeze you take a hold of as if your life depended upon it and never let them go. You need to learn how to relax and that some things just arent worth being concernd over. But like I saod just my opinion.
