Last night I tested out my fancy sheep halloween makeup and totally creeped myself out. I looked completely bizarre no matter what I did and I felt sort of like a super-goth superhero with face tattoos ( Read more... )

Yeah. You are probably correct, and it is good that my most fantastic wishes do not come true, because if they did i would be in a lot of trouble by now.

However: I've often casually remarked about how much I would like to trade my life for the life of a young wizard at Hogwarts -- and after much thought (well, five minutes just now), I think I'd still go for it. Even given the second war and all of that craziness.

I mean, seriously, wizarding?!

okay, well, see, most people in a movie have pretty good, or at least interesting lives. and then, as you say, there's the wizarding, and the flying, and the ability to actually probably undo your wish magically if you turned out not to have as much fun as you thought.

...or then again you could turn into neville longbottom.

that's what i'm talking about! i could play quidditch! it's like football only there's lots of girls playing and it's IN THE AIR!

one thing is for sure: it would be a lot more interesting than work is this morning.
