i've been vegan for two years. vegetarian for 3. if you learn to eat well you don't have to worry about any of that shit... i'm guessing your parents or some self-righteous carnivore has you convinced that your diet is to blame for things like that. which may be true if you live off dennys potatoes. actually i get sick much less than i used to and when i do its never as bad. fuck you.
