Hi...

wanna enquire if the top part of the shoulder pleated tunic... is it loose? bcs my ptp is only about 15" to 15.5"

Hi there! :) It would be loose, cause its cotton but not like teeshirt kind of soft cotton. When you wear with the belt(which is provided) it would be fine already!
