Wow...those topics sound so obscure. It makes me wonder how many research materials are actually out there for those topics. :-\

Anyway...so THAT's what Falafels are, a Middle Eastern creation? For some reason, just the thought of MIddle Eastern food scares me. Maybe I will try it when I'm the NYC next month...AHHH!!!!
