Welcome back, Victory. I don't know if you remember me, but I am Fugue. A few weeks ago, there was a large fire that killed many residents of Edensphere. Maybe you died around then and simply don't recall it--I don't think everyone remembers that sort of thing.

As you mention, the damage is from the fire. People are still trying to repair and restore things because aside from injuries and death, people have lost many of their belongings. Food has been rationed, but things are slowly moving toward recovery. So not all is lost.

You're welcome. If there's anything else I can help you with, I will at least try. It can be [there's a jerky pause here] difficult when you come back and find things so vastly different from what you recall.
