You have definitely been cursed with the Chinese curse! I you ever find out who tossed it your way, let me know and I'll help you tear them limb from limb.

I hope your mother's new meds work for her, and I'm so happy Aria has made a full recovery! XOXOXO

*smile* Thanks for the interesting offer of help. :-)

Mom is still in Afib; the new meds aren't helping that much. But there are others to try...

Wow, I do hope you'll soon get very boring times when I read this.

And I hope your mum soons gets some medication that does work for her. I'm really sorry there is so much going on in your life at the moment but I am glad you did keep one of the window air conditioners and that Aria is doing better.

Thanks, hon!

My mother is not taking her medication, because the warning label said that it should not be taken by anyone with thyroid problems, which she has. She couldn't talk to her cardiologist about it, because the cardiologist was having a medical procedure done on herself, so was understandably not reachable. We're hoping my mom can consult with her cardiologist about the medication today.

I appreciate your good wishes! How are YOU?

Oh, my. A friend of mine says bad things come in threes; so I wish you that with this the streak of "interesting times" will give way to something more boring, quiet times.

Ryana could sod off. ;)

*smile* Thanks! I hope so, too. :-)

"Sod off" sounds really funny to American ears, and that gave me a good laugh about the Rayna situation, just when I needed one. So thanks for that!

I can always teach you the Spanish version, if you need to say it aloud.
