I have a question for all you graphics people out there. Are there any good graphics programs out there for under $100 US dollars? I have a friend who is wanting to get into icon making and is wondering what program to use and I really don't know what to tell her. The only program under $100 that comes to mind is Paint Shop Pro. Corel's website says that the x2 Ultimate is their newest edition of Paint Shop Pro, and it's going for $69.99. If your friend found it on Amazon for $40-some, I say she should go for it. :)
