Jakarta

Jakarta is a pretty crap city fyi. It is really crowded and has incredible traffic. It is pretty hot although it gets a sea breeze so it isn't as hot as KL. It smells. It is loud. It seems like the only good thing about it is that it is cheap, but that is partly due to our country, so jakarta can't take full credit for that.

Yeah weird. Kinda like how annoying it is to see celebrities in real life, 'cause you see them so much on TV and in the movies. It's all "Woah, hold back man. I know you haven't met me, but I've already seen you 4 times this week."

Nah, wedding on saturday and plane on Sunday. But I'm thinking of finding a release event in KL next saturday.

I don't know if I've told you this anecdote before

I went on exchange to China in High School with my friends. It was a "cultural exchange" and you didn't need to speak Mandarin to go. I was walking through some gardens with my good (white) friends, we were all in our school uniforms because I went to PLC and PLC is like that. Some Chinese tourists come up and wanted to take our picture.

Except they didn't want me in the photo.
