Museum of Science & Industry Chicago
In honor of the Museum of Science & Industry's 75th anniversary, all weekdays during September are free! I thought it would be nice to take advantage of this and have an inexpensive meet-up! (I apologize for not giving more advance notice; school is keeping me on my toes.)
Date: Friday, September 19th 2008
Location: Museum of Science and Industry (57t Street and Lake Shore Drive)
Time: 11:00AM (until whenever you need to leave)
Cost: General Ticket - $0; your transportation costs may vary... Additionally, submarine tours are $5--other special attractions have varying costs.
Please try to be punctual, so we can enter the museum as one group. I'd like to meet just inside of the museum, outside of the gift shop.
I don't really have a specific plan--I thought we could go to the museum, wander around until everyone was sick of looking at things like SUBMARINES and COAL MINES. :3 I know that some who are in that general neighborhood mentioned we could go to eat afterwards, but I'm not familiar with the area.
