[When Albert neglects to return to the house, the obvious location to look for him would be the stable. Raine just shakes her head a little when she sees him, waiting for a few moments to see if he'd notice, or if she'd have to make her presence known some other way.]

[He fumbles with his pen, sighing as he pushes journal and writing utensil away in favor for leaning back against his horse. Who cares if it's a little undignified?]

[She'll watch him do this and wait a few moments longer, before shaking her head and folding her arms as she approaches.]

... Albert.

[Ugh. He opens his eyes a little, peering up at Raine.]

Professor.

[Caesar will seize any opportunity to be obnoxious. :|b]

Oh, have you been taking care of yourself, Albert~?

[And Albert will seize any opportunity to call him out on it. XD]

Don't be obnoxious, Caesar.

[Pfft. Albert's lucky Caesar doesn't have a good reason to be wandering around the stable. He might just invite himself in~]

I'm not being obnoxious. Can't I show some concern for my dearest older brother?

[Too bad Albert hasn't trained his horse to kick on command~]

You can, but I reserve the option to think you are being an idiot in doing so. [Oh dammit, stifling a yawn.]

I do hope you've been wise enough to take your own advice.

[Oh dear. How best to describe how he's handling it...] It's something to strive for, at least.

Of course. After all, it is such a wise and intelligent suggestion. I can't imagine anyone giving such advice being as foolish as, oh, as Sigmund, and working himself into an early grave without a thought for what will befall those depending on him for guidance. I certainly can't see a man of your good sense doing something so pig-headed. That would be ridiculous.

[He has to laugh, juuust a bit, at that particular analogy.] I take it you've seen such behavior from Sir Sigmund on multiple occasions.

You ever notice that sometimes it seems like totally unrelated people are all kidnapped at roughly the same time?

chikaidestroyer August 26 2009, 23:56:02 UTC
It makes more sense to me than abducting many from the same world.

No, no. I mean doesn't it seem like sometimes the same pairs of people are picked up at the same time? I mean, more than once. I get deja-vu about it at times.

It's happened, yes. And some much more frequently than others, despite the fact that they oftentimes come back none the worse for wear.

[He's been running around and helping where he can, but Genis has to come back home at some point. Today he just happens to pass by the stable, what an interesting coincidence.]

Albert, as great a kid as I am, even I know I won't manage it if both you and my sister start working yourself to exhaustion like this.

[Pffft. Poor Genis. Thankfully, Albert's still awake.]

Different patterns for different people, Genis. [He tilts his head to one side to stretch his neck.] You have been helping out?

[You're still getting a skeptical look, Albert.]

Yeah. I've been helping Vyse and the rest of the Blue Rogues out, though if things get busy, I think I'll go help Yuan with anti-air measures or something. Magic-user and all. [shrug]

Very good. I had probably made note of your involvement somewhere, but there are many individuals who need to be considered.
