Saturday I went to the gym and did 45 min on the elliptical, burned 650 calories.
Sunday off
Monday morning did 45 min on the elliptical, then afternoon, did 20 min total burned around 950 calories, ran about 3.25 miles
Tuesday morning did my 45 min cardio.
that's all.
I WILL achieve my goals.
