i got my shirt at a coldplay concert a year ago, but you can still get them at their site (it comes in navy blue if you poke around a bit and i know it was also in red at the concert didn't look long enough to see if it's online)
i'm wearing a binder. i always worry that it's not working well enough on its own and maybe i should wrap an ace bandage over top of it. if i lose weight i'll have to start doing that, i think, since it mostly works because i'm also overweight so having "moobs" is okay :V
we were making burgers and they came out crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle. i was very pleased!
