Dinner and Cheesecake

Yesterday my sister and I went grocery shopping and came back ready to make some goodies: homemade burgers and cheesecake. I decided to document it for some reason. Lots of photos under the cut.

Oh man, both of those look delicious. Do you have to do anything special to make the burgers, or is it just mix in spices and compress?

She mixed spices in the ground turkey and then formed them into patties.

Everything looks really nice. I've never tried turkey, let alone turkey burgers. It looks like it's a very light color, what did it look like cooked? Same color? I thought it'd look like chicken, but it does not.

Hey Sarai! Just curious, did your sister get to open her own bakery after all? I remember you mentioning something of that sort.

Ahh no, she would love to for sure, it's pretty much her dream. But it will take a few years for her to get to do that.
