Supposed to be back on Friday night but London is rather failtastic when it comes to snow so I only got back on Sunday afternoon, after a gazillion delays and a detour to Liverpool. Still, better than those poor souls who were stuck in the Channel tunnel for hours. starstray and I did think of training it back to London from Berlin, but we checked the news ( Read more... )

so the snow is giving you a hard time too :(

here it keeps snowing and snowing and snowing... it seems like it won't stop, at least in my city isn't as bad as in other regions

It's good to be back!
It's just terrible timing on our parts, our flight back coincided with the day when London got snowed in, even though it's not that much snow.

It snowed everyday when I was in Germany, it was really pretty! Especially when we were visiting the castles. Only the last couple of days were too cold.

Man I read that Berlin went down to like -30ºC. That's crazy. @__@ Glad to hear you made it back alright!

It was around -14C on the last day I was there, I spent the whole day at the hostel huddling next to the radiator until it was time to go to the airport. Too cold, just too cold.

The people there are really nice. There were a few times when my flatmate and I were standing there looking lost and someone would always come up and ask if we needed any help. There was another time when we were at the supermarket and I was wondering which biscuits to buy and an old lady pointed at some and said "This is good here! germangermangermangermangerman."

Also, your last post had something about 'snow' and 'glorious' :D Guess someone up there took you VERY seriously... Heard London is still snowing?

No more snow in London :(
It snowed a bit on Monday but melted right away. Sad.

Maybe I should start writing I AM A GENIUS. Or I AM AWESOME.
