understandable why some people would want to steer clear of the gore.. but I love movies that can work my emotions like that.. I think that's the sign of true art.

It is. I don't understand how people can anyone can say it's a bad movie unless they have objections about it's content.

I want to see it...but I would cry like a fucking baby.

I don't really understand why anybody made such a big hoopla about the movie and how everyone would be anti-semitic...I think that's shit...and anybody who would hate Jews after a movie needs to be shot in the face...yeah...

I think - I have studied religion quite extensively, mind you - that the death of Christ would be a touchy subject to any one religion...especially if it gains such mainstream...I feel people have to look past the one religion and look to others...no one is superior to another, and there's no reason to hate a specific religious group for the death of their Messiah...it's crap...they can't blame the Jews...Jesus was a Jew...retards...He died so our sins would be forgiven (so they believe) and they go about killing people with opposing viewpoints and pushing their religion onto people...we do seem to be a Christian country...

Sorry...went wild on that one...I'll get off my soap box now...tell me your thoughts on it...the movie...religion...etc...

I say people are too sensitive. I swear these liberals want this country to be like the U.S.S.R.where there is no religion. I'm not a christian yet I didn't have any problems seeing a movie on christ. I don't think people should feel like they need to hide their religion. and it really sucks that Mel Gibson is probably going to be ostracized from the Hollywood community.

And you're right.. as far as the anti-semitic thing.. if they're gonna start hating Jews after seeing this movie, that just means they were looking for an excuse. People should get over these ridiculous sensitivities on race, religion, sex, etc. There are always going be assholes who are looking for any excuse they can to hate someone else and reasons like religion or race is just convenient.
