Asano Rin: Enjoys speaking with her due to his respecting her insight. Apart from the majority of people he’s met, she’s one of the few that he feels the most comfortable around and sees her as an older sister figure. Thus Rin is probably one of the few people in the city he will allow to hug him without getting annoyed or flustered.
C.C.: First talked with her through her arrival and during her desire to know where the local Pizza Hut was. He only began to know her better (amongst other things) when he woke up with her in his bed. Despite this embarrassing situation they became friends with their bond built on respect, intelligence, DATASS and teasing. Though Huey does find her to be attractive. A fact CC uses to her advantage should she feel in the mood.
Timothy Hearst: He first met Timothy when he announced his arrival into the city in true brat style. And thus sparked a great disdain until Timothy caught his interest about wanting to check out the Underground. This general common thread soon grew into an odd friendship between the two. Both bickering with one another at the most mundane things and teasing each other. But he won't hesitate to offer the other boy aid, even going as far as risking the ire of Road.
Ryuuzaki Umi: He sees her as a friend. Though the memories of how much he liked her during the school curse have made the notion of seeing Umi as just a friend a little bit difficult at times when adding in the fact that Timothy seems to enjoy bringing up the fact that Umi is pretty around Huey constantly, he'll be attempting not to accidentally say anything retarded. Though that seems to be failing the longer he hangs around bad influences.
Chuck Bass: For Luke there was Yoda. For Huey there is Chuck Bass. Both met through a series of strange events but Huey came to respect Chuck, despite the older male being part of the class of people he tends to rail against back at home. Though at times he wishes the other would let up on calling him by the nickname of "Stud".
Tsubaki Nakatsukasa: He first met Tsubaki during the month where it rained for a straight week, Huey offering some words of advice to the older girl. Thankful to the boy she invited the boy over for dinner and since then the two have been friends. With a little bit of convincing and exploitation of his little boy charms he was able to talk Tsubaki into moving into one of the empty rooms in his apartment. He only did this because he learned that she had been living alone for quite some time.
Tsurugi: Despite everything he said about the man, Huey felt close to and treated him like a brother. A brother which happened to annoy him to no end by doting over him in addition to embarrassing him constantly. He first met Tsurugi upon his entry into The City in which the man latched onto him and for a lack of a better term, forced his way into his life. For the next few months they interacted and got involved in a variety of situations and curses. When Tsurugi returned and revealed to Huey that he was the monster that killed him during one curse he moved out of the apartment in order to give Huey some time to come to terms with the information dumped onto him. Since then they've gotten back onto speaking terms.
Joshua: Roommate and troll. Huey allowed him to move into the apartment due to his connection with Neku, but beforehand Neku told him that Joshua was different. A statement he didn't elaborate on. Huey eventually learned that Joshua was the Composer of Shibuya and that he had abilities that were outside the norm of regular humans. Aside from that he gets along with Joshua if only wary at the idea of the other attempting to pull some trick.

Shoukei: Their first meeting wasn't exactly one where they left a good impression on each other. This happened mostly due to how stubborn they were in trying to prove who was right. They continued to act lightly antagonistic towards one another but that took a change after she came back from a later point in time from when she was initially taken from and slowly but surely they've started to get along a bit better. Huey showing more concern for her safety and Shoukei being kinder and calmer than before.

Sharhazad al-Raman: Though he never really knew his birth mother, Huey was drawn to the woman's caring and accepting nature. Because of this over time he began seeing Sharhazad as a mother figure. As such if he did something to disappoint or worry her he would feel terrible. After she left he felt like an idiot for never telling her how important a figure in his life she had become.
Luki: He was completely confused about the girl. On one hand he disliked her because of her penchant for enjoying violence but on the other he couldn't help but feel sorry for her due to him learning what her “mother” did to her. The fact that her mother wouldn't hesitate to dispose of Luki or her twin didn't do anything to not make him feel terrible.
Papillion: Although he was weirded out by him, Huey nonetheless spoke with him, seeing him as being quite the intellectual despite his flamboyant personality. To Huey's pessimistic outlook, Papillion was his optimistic straight man. Huey takes the final words the manufactured being gave him before his departure to heart.
Kobato Hanato: For Huey, dealing with Kobato was like dealing with his friend from back home. A girl who was naive and kind to no end. He was easily frustrated by her behavior but he couldn't help but feel a tad bit protective of her, which typically came out in the fashion of him being an ass at times. Huey slowly began to develop a crush on her which only got worse after they both kissed due to a curse. After she left, Huey has felt as though he screwed on the not expressing his feelings front, though he will never admit that to anyone.
Lady: Was a subsitute sister just like Rin.
Neku Sakuraba: His roommate and he would actually consider him a friend. He respects Neku's artistic abilities and he's also thankful that the older boy isn't crazy and he is thankful for his help in cleaning up the apartment after it's trashed through some insane curse.
