oh dude, do i feel ur pain. I've never had mono before but by god I have had a sinus infection with double ear infection!! It's the worst thing ever. AVOID GOING DOWN HILLS IN A CAR AT ALL COSTS! I have a high pain tolerance too, but the change in pressure is excrutiating, I've defiantely screamed in my car going down the damn hills at anna maria. I hope you get better dude, it's a long road without the anitbiotics
