I'd be tempted to offer but there's two small problems. One is the distance (me in Lancaster and you in the Bay area). The other is that I'm moderately allergic to some kinds of cats. She's very cute though. Good natured cats are hard to find.
I was thinking about this and maybe I can help. One of my friends lives in Ben Lomond (between San Jose and Santa Cruz). She has several cats of her own and knows others in the area that might also be willing to take in the wee one.
