Its sad last weekend all on the news i hear about the abortion bill making abortions illegal and not allowing single mothers to be teachers because its immoral but i go to find this information again and its not there. Why wouldnt that be documented. Lets see i saw it on CNN so it should be on CNN.com some where right. Maybe im wrong its just ( Read more... )

I actually heard something about that, I just don't remember exactly where, but I do know that a lot of people have heard it here also.

I hear a lot of crap on tv... Most of it is just talk. A lot of loser politicians might say they're going to make changes like that... you can't believe them because if the majority of the country is not behind them it won't happen. That's why I got so pissed that everyone is all freaked out about the election. Most of that stuff is just rumor and talk. You can't really believe anyone is going to try and stop single mothers from being teachers... That's just stupid and I wouldn't waste my time worrying about it. As far as the war in Iraq... There's SO much that we don't know about that; and I can guarantee you if we weren't over there *TRYING* to do something about it we'd have one hell of a fight on our own land. I swear I wanted to just slap everyone with a freakin' happy stick... "Wake up people" How could you think that all of that is going to happen because you heard a politician say so??? OMG And to think the people I know got sucked into the media like that. ::giggles:: What were you thinking?

You cant say it wont happen. People are trying to get those things passed and with all the relegious people out there they are going to back them so it is very possible it can happen.

I did say "the majority" didn't I?... Of course there are people out there who are going to back that kind of thing...there are people out there who support EVERY "cause." I highly doubt it will happen though and I wouldn't get too worked up about it as of yet. Many people have ideas, but an idea is just that, an idea... it doesn't mean it will happen. Talk is cheap. We've come too far in this country for rights such as those to be taken away. How about those single fathers anyway?? And what about the parents that don't pay child support?? So sue me if I'm wrong, but it really seems unrealistic at this point in time. KK... Interpret that how you wish as well...

Well, that's not the point here... But that's a great little saying!!! I'd sure hope the majority wouldn't be idiotic enought to stop single moms from becoming teachers though... :) Because, ya know, only idiots would want that to happen.

If only things were surprising to me anymore... But ya know what's really funny... What cha wanna bet some of the people that would want that are single mothers themselves??? People can be SOOOO dumb.
