last night, jen and i were given the opportunity to enjoy a free meal at a new brazilian restaurant in town, Fogo de Chao. i've heard amazing things about the brazilian churrascaria restaurant experience, but i was blown away by just how incredible the service is. if you never been to a "gaucho style" brazilian restaurant, the process goes like

i went to one of those too once, in nyc. it was nuts. in addition to all you described there was a salad bar in the middle, for all those lunatics who would pay the ridiculous prices and then eat salad all night.

yeah, the appetizer bar does have a salad bar to it as well. i didn't even stop to look at it.
