--What's the difference between cling wrap and saran wrap? I thought that they were synonymous.
--From a harm reduction standpoint (which I realize isn't often a medical standpoint), is saran wrap likely better than nothing, though not optimal?
--What do you recommend for folks with latex allergies? Cutting polyurethane condoms into dams? Nitrile gloves???

Saran is better than nothing, as is plastic wrap, because it'll probably block the larger bacteria (like syphilis), but not the viruses. Since I'm more concerned about viruses (less treatable), I'd prefer better.
I suppose. I don't really know, but I would assume that lab-grade barriers (nitrile gloves, etc) will work.
