To do list program or apps?

i'm in need of a better to do list program. do you all have any good suggestions? currently i just have a big jumbled task list via google, but i'd like something that i could use to better organize via project, priority, etc. if it there's something out there that could run/sync between my phone and computer, that'd be ideal, but something that

I use Astrid, which has a web interface and a pretty decent Android app.

On the "free" front, I use the Notes app on my iphone, to keep a todo-list in a single note. It's not high-tech, but it works, and at least on the mac it syncs into Apple Mail. It sounds like it syncs into Outlook on a Windows system?
