As Valentine Day's go, this one wasn't so bad. I got a couple of gifts, though both were unsigned, so not sure who sent 'em. But since Angel sent roses last year, am thinking he sent a dozen long stem-roses this year. It's nice to know he still remembers and thinks about me every now and then. Buffy, I've told you before that the forces of evil aren't like to call a break just because you want to socialise, although I must admit that we rarely have much activity around Valentines Day, unless some sentimental demon wants to start harvesting hearts again ...

Do try not to mention hearts. I'm trying not to think about my ex's past Valentines Day gifts. So discussion of all hearts, candy or otherwise are off limits for the next several days at the least ( ... )

Possibly you could kill two vampires with one stake, as it were, and patrol at, at the usual teenage haunts? But I suppose that it would do no harm to have your "sleep-over", at least if your mother doesn't mind. Have you asked her about it?

I take it that Anya isn't included in the invitation? I have a feeling that she won't appreciate Xander attending it without her.

I usually make it a point to check out the Bronze, and other cool places the kids like to play. It's the fun part of partolling, as compared to the not so fun part of walking around cold lonely cemeteries.

I actually haven't seen much activity of the supernatural variety around the Bronze lately. I guess Riley and his soldier pals are doing a good job at reducing the pest population around town. Cause aren't as many domon-y types at the usual teenage hangouts.

In terms of the sleep-over idea, I haven't asked my mom yet. So need to do that. I'll ask when she's in a good mood.

Far as our ex-demon friend goes, long as Xander is dating her, Anya is invited by default. If he brings her, will try to be with the hospitality. Though you and Xander will probably have to referee any arguements between her and Willow... or me. She does have a tendency to be overly protective and paranoid about any girl friends Xander interacts with.
