I've been a huuuge lover of your art for a while (3+ years?), and yes, I was the weirdo who emailed you about printing some t-shirts. they turned out fantastic and I thank you.
I just finished this novel I bought two years ago called First Love by Adrienne Sharp. And. You. Need. To. Read. It. I'm not kidding.
this book has so much reminiscent of your original writing. It's basically about NYBC and ABT in the 1980s, Balanchine, a helluva lot of ballet, sex, drugs, and a naive ballerina with long, blond, spun-sugar hair.
I know this is stupid of me, but seriously. read it. just buy it. it's addictive and so Claire-ish sometimes it was weird. and if Jack was a dancer, well, he'd fit in the book too. it's so effin' good.
