Wizards Community website is down for a platform migration. Wizards of the Coast is pleased to announce that we're upgrading to a new community platform. We are in the process of migrating our forums to a system that includes a host of new features like friends lists, groups, an invite system and calendar, blogs and wiki

I never understood why the Wizards/Gleemax forums always had downtime every single night back when I lurked them (which was before they chased away much of the 3e base).

Yeah, it's pretty annoying. I've checked some other board systems, and nothing's anywhere near as active as Gleemax... when it's active. I guess everything's infinitely more active than Gleemax right now, though. :P
