How FRUSTRATING! And the main reason why I don't go to the doctor unless I'm convinced I'm dying, and even then, I have reservations. They never seem to be able to really help you, or tell you anything you didn't already know.
Glad you got to see at least a little bit of the eclipse though. I forgot until it was too late, and we didn't have time to find a place with a clear view of the western horizon - it was about 8pm our time when one could see anything of note. I've seen others before, so it's all good. Plus, since our last move, I'm not sure where all the parts of my solar scope are by now.
No kidding, right? I mean, I know they don't want to jump to conclusions, but shouldn't a doctor know the symptoms of a migraine? Sheesh.
Sorry to hear you missed the eclipse, but if you have a solarscope, it might be worth digging it out before the transit of Venus, if that interests you. ^_^ (Or watch it online anyway.) I was actually hoping to get a photo of one of my resins looking at the image of the eclipse, but obviously that didn't happen, so I'm hoping to try for Venus instead.
