It is certainly thought provoking, reminds me of some of the first lessons in critical thinking class from my freshman year of college. The idea that when we say things like "my body"/"my feelings" we imply a sense of ownership from a level above the physical/everyday.
Also reminds me of my own thoughts concerning "change is the only constant," and other related thoughts.
Past/future/present boat-on-water analogy dissipating boat wake as past, boat as present, unbroken water as ever-mutable future.
