hello, this was our first ever batch of eclairs! and they looked strangely like eclairs and even tasted like them! GOOD JOB!

cannot add milk to chocolate! add butter instead to make it silky and smooth. eh i wanna eat!

good tip, thanks! the other time i put evaporated milk, it was okay but i think HL milk really cannot. next time i will add butter and maybe some sugar hehe
