Possibly wanting a lil' buddy for my lil' man.

A couple years ago I had up to three chinny's at a time.  I tried to get my males to bond, but my one wasn't having it.  He sadly passed away, along with my female.  So over the last while my poor little boy doesn't have a cage mate.  I'm not sure if he would deal well with another male, and I certainly don't want a female in the cage who is able ( Read more... )

It's okay that you misunderstood. My lil' man is staying right where he is. :) He's such a character, couldn't imagine giving him away. Yea, I do agree, he is adorable. I have so many pictures of him. Maybe I should make a post of some candid moments to make some ppl smile. :)

You have the cutest chinchilla ever, seriously. I've always wanted a white one! Maybe someday.

He's adorable!!! I hope he finds a playmate to adopt and that they get along. As far as getting along, I don't know if this would apply to you - but we built a separator in our cage with a little window to peek through. But we also were splitting the giant cage between a chinchilla and a rabbit and not two chinchilla's. We planned on expanding the window into a little tunnel thing but unfortunately our rabbit passed.

Hi! I live in Northern Delaware, Wilmington, and I have two Chins, a female and her son. They're currently living with my parents right now and I wanted to adopt them out to someone who would take good care of them, because I've had them for years now but unfortunately I don't have the time to play with them anymore and it deeply depresses me. I don't know if I could leave the mother, Sid, all alone, but if you are desperate for a cage mate, Zero is about 4 years old, standard gray, and very friendly. I wouldn't mind making an attempt or trying to work something out if you can't find anyone else. Your chinchilla is gorgeous! I also had 3 at one time, but my beige, Charlie, passed around a year ago and it's been very hard, I'm sorry to hear you've been through that. If you're interested in maybe adopting them both, I'd feel more comfortable.

I'm sure there a lot of questions back and forth, so my email is Lollipops.kill@gmail.com, let me know yours and we can chat. :)
