I'm sorry but...that is absolutely disgusting. Why would anyone want to lick a fountain? I think I'm going to bring a bottle with me wherever I go now.

Licking a fountain spout? Ewww, I'm homeless and I think that's gross. Though for some clean water I'd drink it anyway.
