Aww, this was lovely. I love when people write about them as older. I think you caught their personalities well and the language was just beautiful, how you described how Roy moves in his blind world was especially something I liked. ♥

Well, imo, When people near their forties it's usually when people begin to fret about these types of things, but that may be just because I live in California where everyone is obsessed with youth and spending obscene amounts on staying like so.
