i'm proud of you for standing up to your dad... you made a great point about how "I believe it is more empowering to let a word not keep you down then let it continuously keep you down." well said.

sorry i haven't been able to pick up or return your calls (my cellie minutes were waaayyy over) and plus...i haven't been all that well lately so i've been bad at keeping in touch and things of that nature (yes, i know...very shady of me :-( [bad, bad kat] )
