Anyone have any goals for the summer?
Not the stuff you WANT/HOPE to do but things that you will for sure get ACCOMPLISHED because you are just that determined.


Alright, so before you read below, you can be as gay as you want like HAHAHA LMAO OK JAMES LIKE THAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN. but I'll be sure to prove you wrong, kthanks. We'll see when the summer is over.

1. If not a six pack, atleast burn off all the bottom fat from my stomach and make it hard? lol which is a six pack but w/e
2. To do the above, I'm going to have to run so... run either around my neighborhood or quarry lakes or something. Anyone in Niles want to be my running partner? (: *cough* monica, nitin...whoever else?
3. Get my mile time to 6:30. current is 7:15 but if I train I can get a lot faster. I went from 8 minutes to 7:15 in those physically fitness mile weeks. I just need more stamina and pace myself faster.
4. upper body strength is at an all time low right now... I actually got weaker since I stopped working out so... my goals will be... hm...
- atleast 35-40 pushups
- I want, well who doesn't anyways, like muscle but not too much... so I don't know how to explain this one :/
5. k enough with physical fitness, now time for studying. Study for ATLEAST 3 hours a day cause I really need to bring up my psat and sat scores and actually focus in my summer classes.
6. Hm.... what else? I want to obviously grow taller but I can't make that happen... so to help I will sleep everyday at the latest of 9:30 (if you see me on aim tell me to go to bed please), drink a glass of milk in the morning and a glass of milk at night, no fast food even if we're at the mall or the movies or something.
7. BECOME SEXY! lol ionno what else do I say. that's it for now.

If anyone wants to help motivate me... bet me money I can't do it :) I'm in need of some cash anyways. 20$ - 50$ range is fine!
