I Quit!!!

okay. i'm doing it. taking the plunge. quitting smoking. and not because anyone nagged or guilted me into it. kust because i was sitting outside this morning, lighting up, and it kinda grossed me out. not sure what the hell was up with that, but i can take a cosmic nudge when i get one.
