Not yet. I'd really rather he face trial.

I'm trying -- with limited success -- not to think of this man as sub-human. That's his way of thinking, not mine. It also limits his responsibility for his actions, and that won't stand.

Now, I'm the kind of guy who'll call someone subhuman for not observing a "No Turn On Red" sign. So changing my way of thinking will take work.
