Ok, so it's not actually that broad a spectrum of things you're allergic to. All the grasses, a subset of the trees (pretty much the nuts and high allergenic ones), a few not uncommon plants (ragweed, sorrel), and molds.

I mean yeah, it's a lot of things, but nothing *super* limiting. You're not allergic to, say, anything that's been near a tree (have a friend like that, can't go out during fall leaf burning season).

Still. Suck.

Well, before i started the other shots for a year, i would get extremely itchy when running around the trees. When we would PT at Camp Lejeune and i would get to sweating, my thighs would turn really red and get really itchy. That toned down after a year of the other shots. It mostly happened in the summer where i would sweat a lot and my pores would be open.

Oh well. I will get better. Maybe they will do a test at the end of the treatment to see if there is any improvement. I'm not sure how it works at the end.

Believe it or not, i don't eat too much catfish. I much prefer tuna and salmon.
