Today was a really fun day with cmmunchkin. First, we went for a 1.5 miles run which went really well. After that, we went to Tyler, TX for a follow-up with the shoulder surgeon. He's cleared me of physical therapy. I'll meet with him again in 2 months for another follow-up. In the meantime, i'll be doing strengthening exercises to get some shape back to my ( Read more... )

Thanks!! It was all so good. That winery was beautiful, and it was just a perfect day to go there. The weather and the scenery were wonderful.
