i believe for optimal hydration, you want no more than a litre per hour.

note: this is something i am vaguely remembering from discussion of US troops in somalia back in the 1990's.

You had to make me look that up. ;) So about 33 oz per hour.

So, I can get about 33x8 hours = 264oz a day. But for me realistically would be: 16oz per hour for my body weight halved in oz.

oh, yeah, i wasn't clear. this was for "sweating in the desert" levels of hydration.

Errr. Did I forget to mention that! :) LOL

Um.. Water is what I would be drinking! :)

btw: how is your film making coming along? I finished my Media Works program and have more time now a days if you ever want a hand. Though I suck at camera work- framing a good shot that is. :P
