Sometimes you just have to not worry about the future and let things work themselves out. This said, I understand what you mean. Sometimes its really hard to look at the good things in life and it feels like you have to "cope" all the time. I guess all there really is to do, is to see everything as a good thing- whether its because you learn something new, or meet someone different or gain a new understanding. Such is life :) And you dont really have to listen to all my crap iof you wont want to!
