id prefer someone who is rarely around, incredibly neat, and wont mind that i have to go to bed at 9 pm during the school year, and won't keep me up.

well if not here, there are a zillion nice and cheap places in highland park. check out the rutgers off campus housing website, you'll find sooooo much. highland park is a nice neighborhood, but if you really wanna go cheap, you could even look into new brunswick. considering your situation, id check it out, most of these places are looking for ppl aug or sept 1st.
