Meeting, pt. 2
Community, jeff/annie
pt. 1
Jeff and Annie finally decide that they can be friends, no sexual-tension attached. It works. For a while. Inspired by a prompt by eva_aftagrl on milady_milordto write a story based on When Harry Met Sally. There may/may not be any similarities to the movie in this fic.

Annie Edison and Jeff Winger are just friends, and friends ( Read more... )

You have given me too much flattery. TOO MUCH. Thank you so much, and welcome to the world of pain this story is. It hurts me writing it, because these stupid kids with their UST and their bickering and their Daddy issues just continually break my heart. I hate them. I love them. I love them so much.

The next part will be coming sooooon. No worries.

this is so gorgeous.

it was perfectly dramatic and angsty, the kind of angst that makes your chest ache. ugh, so lovely. and not only was the jeff/annie stuff wonderful, but I adored all the jeff/shirley ultimate!friendship stuff in the beginning.

anyway--I really have no idea what I'm saying anymore, but this was absolutely flawless. seriously, I'm at a loss for words right now.

The angst is kind of my version of being masochistic. These kids. THESE KIDS. I swear I don't write this stuff; they just sort of write themselves. And Jeff and Shirley have my favorite friendships of all time. I'm so happy not only that you had the patience to read it, but you actually like it.

i don't think i'll be able to leave a reasonable, or in any way constructive comment, because my brain has short-circuited and my heart is broken into a billion pieces right now.

but honestly, it's so worth it. this story is amazing! like the first chapter kind of settles you in and you generally feel cozy and warm, with a slight hint of feeling unhinged at the end. and then this second chapter comes along and it is just a feelings explosion; a really great wave of emotion that hits you hard, hits you fast. and it's just so perfect.

i know this doesn't make that much sense, but i can't really articulate the feelings i have right now. all i can say is that your writing is stunning, and i'm desperately looking forward to the final installment!

Jeff and Annie continually break my heart. They just do it. But, I'm so pumped you liked the story. I just thought they needed to have ~PROBLEMS before they resolve everything and sort of just finally GET TOGETHER AND STAY TOGETHER. Those crazy kids. So, hopefully I can unbreak your heart with the next chapter? I hope I hope. Thanks for reading, hon.

It needed to be updated, right? Because those crazy kids have problems and they need to talk about them and them kiss and have sex and make up. SO. YES. Hope you liked it.

UGH JEFF COULD YOU PLEASE BE LESS OF A PUSSY AND JUST TELL HER YOU LOVE HER, ALL OF THIS COULD GO AWAY!.
Jim sounds incredi-boring and toads. the wrong person for Annie, she lives a boring enough life and she needs a little excitement.
Awesome story.

Jim IS incredi-boring. He is both the right person and wrong person for everyone. Annie just needs someone who calls her out on her shit. Thus, Jeff. True story.

Thanks for reading! :)

Speaking as if she were a real person; I don't understand why people allow themselves to settle/marry a guy they don't really like? I'm sure Jim is a perfectly nice man, but that means practically nothing. Why not fight for the guy. The again it's probably really hard to go through life knowing the one you want doesn't want you. UGH. So angtsy over fictional characters that I'm giving myself an accidental aneurysm.
