Yes, how do they use that and NOT want to crawl into a hole of shame. I mean it does make me think they were on target until 820/821 but then I look at the finale and go what HAPPENED?!

If they end it with said place card I might be okay with it, maybe. I just. what? They obviously got it, and it was obviously cool, so what happened?! :( :( :(

Seriously. The most interesting documentary they could have on the DVD is showing how and why they fucked up the finale/whole Doomsday arc.

God what a waste all of that was. I will never get how they thought retconning Davis and sanctifying Henry in the finale was a good idea.

At least we will surely not see Clark screw Lana in the comics. But you're right-the latter part of the season, the screwed up retconning of Davis Plus, possibly the worst retcon ever (well maybe second to Nois suddenly wanting to be a reporter and Clark suddenly doing an about face and wanting to work st the DP while simultaneously betraying Chloe by taking advantage of her misfortune after he swore he wouldn't) the revelation that JO wasn't JO even though he was treated as if he was in every way all along. Whoever came up with that retcon should be tossed from the Writers' Guild immediately.
