Houston reminder

Reminder to everyone going to Houston: we need to leave Lafayette by noon on Friday to help make sure we make it to Houston on time for the book signing and discussion, especially since we'll be hitting Houston around rush hour

Sooo...we're apparently eatting Indian Friday night?

Yeah. I haven't really been headlining much of the planning, but that was something we'd known we were doing since we first planned the trip with just Doris and I. I keep forgetting about it though, since it's not really high on my personal priority list. I didn't know we'd settled for sure for that on Friday, but apparently it's in the area or something? I talked to Mark and he mentioned Indian doesn't sit well with you, so we'll see what we can do, but I know that Doris is seriously looking forward to that. He mentioned that you were thinking about Korean. I didn't know there was a Korean restaurant near Mark...maybe we can do that Saturday? Or something?

So yeah....the joys of trips. As it is, I'll be going with plenty of anti-diarrheal and anti-gas, as Indian--much as I love it--rarely sits well with me either.

Ah, ok. I had actually thrown the Korean idea out there months ago, and thought everyone was okay with it. I was just taken by surprise, that's all :-) If everyone else wants Indian, that's cool.

I...think Mark has pizza in mind for Saturday, but I can't recall.
