As I'm sure you probably guessed by now, I opted out of going to Massachusetts for Christmas. Getting the money would have been difficult (even if my parents would have helped, as they have every year) and the planning was way too last minute. I'm feeling pretty damn good, actually. :-) I just hope this isn't the high before another crash. I missed the Solstice too because I had to work that evening, but have been making scented offerings every day since.

Yeah, sorry to hear you can't see family. But the weather is supposed to be very bad this Christmas. Best to stay put.

Oh I bet, we here in Baltimore got slammed with the same storm. Big difference being those in Massachusetts can at least handle it.

I half suspect that, if there was something Someone wanted me to avoid, its probably family trouble I might have unknowingly walked in on. Sadly.
