Hermaversary Celebrations

Tomorrow is my Hermaversary - and for those of you just tuning in, that would be the anniversary of my first vows to Hermes (there was a second set of vows, and thus a second anniversary on Halloween). Its been three years now since I officially dedicated my life in service to him, time flies, huh

Good luck, and happy Hermaversary. :) Sometimes the only solution is to just do it, even if you're not feeling it (in fact, trying to force the feelings, rather than just opening up to what's already there, can be totally counterproductive, as I've been struggling with lately), and often enough when you actually sit down before Them, you find that They've just been waiting for you to arrive and are ready to talk. I hope that's the case for you, anyway. An all day shrine-side vigil sounds like an awesome idea, and one I may do at some point.

Yay Hermaversary! I'm giggling over that title, but it totally works. I'll not repeat any of my epic email here, just wish you a good day, as far as thought goes. (Though I see it's not good, so far, and I'm sorry. :( )

Wow, our anniversaries are pretty close together. Mine and Loki's is on the 31st and it will be going on four years.

Not that I' glad that you're having problems (I'm not), but I have to admit that its comforting to know that I'm not the only one. I've never tried a shrine side ritual on that day. I've been wondering what to do and you just gave a good idea.
