So, we finally manage to get a hold of the management company we were applying with and found out the apartment we were trying to get was rented to someone else yesterday

This process is always so frustrating. I remember encountering the same problem last time I was looking, that the companies all don't post openings until the last minute, and yet you're right, people do have to give thirty days notice, so I have no idea what's up with that.

Feel free to continue to send me potential listings to look at, or to send me to physically check out a place if you are interested. It's getting towards the end of the month soon and that should mean an increase in listings.
