I wanted to tell him to just give me drugs to make me better and send me on my merry way so I can

1) audition for Lindy performance team
2) carry on with finals.

But I will be good and follow orders.

You know those books in olden days of yore when they describe girls who are dying of consumption and are coughing up blood and are sneezing like crazy and have a horrible fever and are coughing more and more?

That's me.

Took a bunch of meds to be decent for performance track auditions. Got through auditions. Crashed immediately afterwards.

Flu

Got sick starting last week Wednesday. Got worse over the weekend, was slightly better Monday. Thought I was over it by Wednesday. Got MUCH MUCH worse today. Took a lot of medication, was able to get through part of the waltz lesson, left early b/c felt awful.

Now I'm coughing up a lung.

I have no time for sickness. Not now.

I baked cookies tonight, to share at the officer's meeting tomorrow.

Feeling cranky, grouchy, stressed.

Lots of my friends are grouchy and cranky and stressed. I'm feeding them crankiness.

I feel like getting a rocker with my knitting and yelling at people as they walk by.

I need a hug.
