Give a copy to the owner. Send a copy to the local chamber of commerce AND the local newspaper as well.

Yes, this. And if the owner doesn't respond to your satisfaction, then also Yelp or Urbanspoon or whatever's popular where you are.

How awful. I'd almost like to go to this place just to see if they try kicking me out with my guide dog saying he is grose. Just ugh. Don't blame you for being pissed.

Too bad I hate sushi. Fargo would have cleaned that mess and there would have been no issue. lol. On a more serious note, this is horrible. It's too bad that not much can be done about it. Hugs. About now in my life a situation like this would have made me cry.

Wow. That is terrible. I am shocked. I'm sure you've been out to eat tons with Lillian and you know that it's no big deal when a baby drops food on the floor- it's a BABY. This guy is an arrogant prick idiot, and it's too bad for the restaurant that they can't fire him. I agree that you should put this on yelp, send it to the paper (whichever one people use most for restaurant reviews), and to the restaurant.
